PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
Looking to accommodate their rapid growth, our client was in need of a major relocation effort on a rapid schedule. After a fast paced ramp up, all of the necessary vendors and services were engaged and scheduled for execution within a matter of days. Through detailed planning and oversight, the project team was able to accommodate the several vendors required working side by side in the space through the transition. The end result was a successful relocation and launch in the span of approximately 3 weeks.
